What separates me from most real estate agents is my twenty years of experience as a real estate investor, homeowner, and business owner. This helps me understand the needs of real estate Sellers and Buyers because I am one myself. I truly am a results-oriented professional who can fully understand the client's goals.

I obtained my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in August of 2011. This is the highest level Residential real estate designation a Realtor can obtain.

In the spring of 2010, I obtained the nationally recognized SFR Certification (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.
