I believe that your house is more than a structure where you live; it is an environment where you exist. Location, outdoor space, and functional design are large parts of what makes a house into a home. My passion for these things drives my interest in real estate, and I look forward to helping my clients locate their perfect property. In the process of building my own home, I acquired a rich understanding of building systems, interior features, and lot development. Additionally, my organization and communication skills allow me to keep the intricacies of real estate buying and selling under my control in order to provide the best transaction possible for my clients. 

I am a lifelong resident of Erie County and have been an educator for over 20 years. As a teacher, I prioritize the importance of relationships with my students and their families; as a real estate agent, I seek to develop this same familiarity with my clients. Once I develop an understanding of who you are, I will be able to help you to locate the best home for your needs. My students would tell you that honesty and fairness are emphasized in my classroom, and I believe that ethics and fair dealing are essential to the agent/client relationship, as well.
