Erik Fuller
Let me begin by saying that I love Erie! I have always seen Erie as a place that has tremendous opportunities for people who are looking for affordable real estate and a relatively low cost of living, in addition to all of the other benefits our city on the lake has to offer. As a lifelong resident of Erie County, I consider it a privilege to have been able to experience living in several areas of northwest Pennsylvania. While my family and I currently reside in northwest Millcreek, I have had the pleasure of living in many different parts of Erie County over the course of my life (from Girard to Wesleyville, Erie City to suburban Millcreek) that has given me first- hand experience and knowledge of the benefits, challenges, and market trends that take place in each of the different sections of our County.
For the past 20 years, I have served as a Social Studies Teacher in the Erie School District and have been a property investor for nearly that same length of time. Many of the skills that I have acquired as a teacher and property investor are skills that I will use directly to help you purchase and sell real estate. First, I believe that continuous communication throughout the buying and/or selling process is essential to a good, working agent/client relationship. Second, as a teacher, I am very detail-oriented and believe that extensive planning should be used to help achieve an individual’s goals in any endeavor. Third, managing about 150 students each year has taught me the art of multi-tasking on a continuous basis. Finally, I follow a strict code of moral and ethical behavior in all aspects of my professional life that I know will provide you with the best and most comfortable experience possible in your real estate pursuits.
I very much look forward to working with you and using my extensive skills-set to help you achieve your real estate dreams in northwest Pennsylvania in 2018!
