Bill Coyne

Bill has lived in the Erie area all his life and has an essential understanding of this region and its historic neighborhoods.   He enjoys all that Erie County has to offer and spends his summers boating and winters skiing with family and friends.  Bill began his career in home construction over 25 years ago and for the last 10+ years has specialized in residential and commercial real estate.  He is uniquely qualified to offer both a Realtor’s® and the contractor’s perspective on your home or business property.

Bill is ABR, SFR and SRS certified and has a vast professional network including the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Kelso Beach Property Association and Lakewood Property Management Association.  He also is a member of the Presque Isle Yacht Club and Polish Falcons Club.

Bill loves to meet new people and help them achieve their goals. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his two college-age children and his Yorkie, Rex.
