Alva Ali moved to the States from Saipan in 2002 and has called Erie, PA her home base since she was 5 years old. She graduated from Collegiate Academy and received her Associate Degree in Specialized Business from Fortis Institute. During the pandemic in 2020, Alva developed a strong interest for real estate while working as an accountant. As her interest grew, she wanted to become more involved with the process of buying and selling properties. Alva recently obtained her real estate license to now help others with the buying and selling process.

                She is grateful for the generous amount of guidance Joe Herbert has given her throughout the course to get her license. Alva is pleased to now be working with Joe who is seasoned with experience and knowledge and is willing to pass down the wisdom to those who are willing to learn. And with the best training and mentors Erie has to offer, Alva feels confident her real estate journey is headed towards the path of success.  She is happy and eager to lend out a helping hand to those who are ready to embark on their real estate journey.
